The fastest 3 males & females in each distance category (10Km & 5Km) will be felicitated with prestigious trophies. Ranking determined by Net Time/Chip Time.

Important Note

3KM Fun Run is a non-competitive category designed for fun and fitness. All participants will receive finisher medals and certificates to celebrate their achievement!

What is the minimum age requirement for participation?

10KM Run: Minimum 16 years
5KM Run: Minimum 12 years
3KM Fun Run: Minimum 10 years

Age calculation is based on the event date (8th March 2026).

What is the refund policy?

Event Cancellation: In case of cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, registration fee can be adjusted for future events (not refundable).

Participant Withdrawal: If you want to withdraw, inform organizers at least 10 days before event date at support@coachravinder.com for refund (excluding processing fee).

Is the 10KM run timed?

Yes! The 10KM and 5KM runs are competitive categories with professional chip timing. Results will be based on net time/chip time. The 3KM Fun Run is a non-competitive category.

What documents do I need to bring?

Please bring:
• Valid ID proof (Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License)
• Race confirmation email/QR code
• Medical fitness certificate (recommended)
• Signed waiver form

Are there water stations on the route?

Yes, water stations will be available at regular intervals throughout the race route. Hydration points with water and electrolyte drinks will be set up for all participants.

How do I claim the defence/corporate discount?

For defence personnel and corporate group discounts, please contact us at support@coachravinder.com with your ID/authorization proof to get the special discount code before registration.

Refund Policy

  • Event Cancellation: In case of cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, registration fee can be adjusted for future events (not refundable).
  • Participant Withdrawal: Inform organizers at least 10 days before event date at support@coachravinder.com for refund (excluding processing fee).
  • No-Show: No refund will be provided for participants who do not show up on event day.
  • Processing Fee: All refunds will be processed after deducting applicable transaction/processing fees.

Waiver Statement

  • Fitness Declaration: I affirm that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating.
  • Medical Certification: I have been certified fit by a licensed medical practitioner.
  • Indemnification: I agree to indemnify organizers against any losses or claims.
  • Acceptance: By registering, I accept all terms, conditions, and waiver statements.

Participant Declaration & Waiver

I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by a licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/or misrepresentation made herein.
